While awards should never be an end in themselves, they serve a vital purpose: they attract top-tier talent, motivate teams to reach for brilliance, and—most importantly—prove the connecting link between creative excellence and commercial effectiveness.

While industry accolades are a point of pride and glory, the response and resonance of the work in the real world will always hold more weight than a trophy on a shelf.
