Beyond my professional roles, I am a responsible citizen committed to building a more equitable world, one that champions & celebrates inclusivity across borders, race, religion, gender, ability & identity. 

Therefore, I’ve moved away from ideas that merely generate buzz on social and am focusing instead on how technology and innovation can inspire relevant initiatives and useful solutions that tackle real-life problems and have a meaningful impact on people, brands and society.

Also, for me, creativity goes beyond the walls of the creative department. That's why in 2012, I founded the International Creative Conference - Design Overview In Tirana. The first-ever international event in Albania dedicated to Advertising, Design & New Media, which had a meaningful impact on the local community and received international recognition. In 2015, DOIT was transformed into a festival, Creative Week Tirana. Since 2018, I’ve been the Lead of International Creatives London, Papel & Caneta London Co-Organiser 2017, JOLT Academy Mentor 2019-2020 and a proud winner of The Great British Diversity Experiment 2016.
