I’ve always wanted to do good and make a difference in my community. That’s my purpose. Not only acting as a creative professional but also being a responsible citizen who believes in a better world for everyone. Regardless of race, religion, gender, colour, disability, sexuality or identity.

Therefore, I’ve moved away from ideas that merely generate buzz on social and am focusing instead on how technology and innovation can inspire relevant initiatives and useful solutions that respond to real-life problems and have a meaningful impact on people, brands and society.

Also, for me, creativity goes beyond the walls of the creative department. Which is why in 2012 I founded the International Creative Conference - Design Overview In Tirana. The first-ever international event in Albania dedicated to Advertising, Design & New Media which had a meaningful impact on the local community and received international recognition. In 2015 DOIT was transformed into a festival - Creative Week Tirana. Since 2018 I’m the Lead of International Creatives London, Papel & Caneta London Co-Organizer 2017, JOLT Academy Mentor 2019-2020 and a proud winner of The Great British Diversity Experiment 2016.
